Ilana Goldman is Head of Strategic Recruitment & Culture Lead at Pointer Strategy. Ex-DoorDash, Ex-Mars, and former GM of Partnerships at FightMND. She brings a strategic lens to hiring, culture, and how candidates present themselves.
