What's the difference between mentoring and training?
Training teaches the skill. Mentoring helps a rep use it when the deal is real and messy. Our training covers MEDDPICC, discovery and negotiation. Mentoring is the operator in your rep's corner when the prospect goes quiet, the deal stalls, or they're ramping into a patch they've never sold. One builds the toolkit. The other helps them use it under pressure.
Who are the mentors?
Operators who've carried a bag, not career coaches with a certificate. Every mentor has done the role they're mentoring, closed the deals, run the team, missed a quota and worked out why. They've come from companies like Salesforce, Rippling, ELMO and Mindbody. Your rep gets matched to someone who has already solved the problem they're stuck on.

Is mentoring included, or does it cost extra?
Mentoring comes standard with every Pointer placement. We don't think you should hire someone and then leave them to sink. If you want mentoring for reps we didn't place, talk to us and we'll sort a standalone arrangement.
How do we get started?
